By accessing or using LeadFlow Systems' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
LeadFlow Systems provides AI-powered lead follow-up automation services for local businesses, including missed call SMS automation, lead nurture sequences, online booking systems, and related marketing automation tools.
Clients are responsible for:
Services are billed as agreed upon in your service agreement. There is no setup fee. Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st of each month. A 3-month minimum commitment applies to all plans, after which services continue month to month.
Our services are designed to comply with TCPA and carrier regulations. End-users may consent to receive SMS messages through one of two methods: (1) by checking a mandatory opt-in checkbox on the online booking form prior to form submission, or (2) by pressing 1 during a voice prompt that explicitly states a text message will be sent, that message and data rates may apply, and that they may reply STOP to opt out. No SMS messages are sent until one of these explicit consent actions is taken. Clients must ensure they have proper opt-in consent from their customers before any messages are sent. End-users may reply STOP at any time to opt out and will receive no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not liable for client misuse of SMS features.
All content, software, and materials provided by LeadFlow Systems remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our tools or platform without written permission.
LeadFlow Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 3 months.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice after the initial 3-month term. Early termination during the minimum term requires payment of remaining months.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
